If employees are unable to properly perform their work duties, look careless, allow rudeness towards clients and partners, the task of forming a positive image of the company will fail. After all, often a particular employee is considered as the face of a company. And it is precisely for him that a dissatisfied client or partner will judge the company as a whole.

Therefore, you need to pay as much attention as possible to recruitment. First, workers must be truly professionals in their field. Secondly, it is also important to pay attention to the personal qualities of workers – such as politeness, tact, restraint.
